At Sofary, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, especially our bespoke and made-to-order items. Due to the personalised nature of bespoke furniture, please carefully review our return policy below.

Bespoke Items
All bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes any item made to a customer’s specific requirements, including but not limited to dimensions, finishes, and fabric selections.

We kindly ask customers to take extra care when selecting materials, as fabric choices and design specifications cannot be changed once work has started.

Responsibility and Quality Assurance
While we do not accept returns on bespoke items, we take full responsibility for any faults, damages, or manufacturing issues. If your item arrives with any damage or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue—whether through repair, replacement, or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
